SFP 155M Fast Ethernet transceiver series offers 100BASE-FX and 100BASE-BX optics for short-reach multimode fiber (MMF) at 1310 nm over distances up to 2 kilometers, as well as singlemode fiber (SMF) WDM with 1310 nm transmit and 1550 nm receive optics over distances up to 2 kilometers. The modules support both LC and SC interfaces for flexibility regarding installation. All models meet SFP MSA guidelines and are powered from a single +3.3 V rail, support hot-plugging, and include Digital Diagnostic Monitoring for temperature, voltage, bias current, and Tx/Rx power. All models have a power draw of less than 1.0 W and are available in a commercial I temperature range of 0–70 °C and an extended industrial temperature range for harsher deployment sites. They also have low EMI emissions, high ESD immunity, and very reliable links over both MMF and SMF.
