The LGX Cassette PLC Splitter represents a high-quality optical splitter that allows for reliable fiber delivery in optical networks. The splitter is commonly designed in split ratios of 1×2, 1×4, 1×8, 1×16 and 1×32, offering flexible solutions for installations in FTTH (Fiber To The Home), GPON (Gigabit Passive Optical Network), CATV (Cable TV), etc. The LGX Splitter uses compact and effective planar lightwave circuit (PLC) technology, that offers uniform power distribution, and low insertion loss with low channel uniformity. The LGX cassette format easily mounts into a standard LGX panel, providing easy access for installation and maintenance. The LGX PLC Splitter is provided with SC/APC connectors to achieve low back reflection and stable optical performance in the wavelength spectra of 1260nm to 1650nm.

The splitter is manufactured to the Telcordia and IEC specifications assure long term reliability and stability protection against environmental influences.
