The JW3302T redefines the handheld OTDR testing experience. The unit is compact (0.8 kg) and contains 12 fiber optic tools in one rugged handheld chassis. The high-resolution 5.6″ capacitive touch display provides instant clarity for the engineer, allowing simultaneous viewing of OTDR traces, event tables, and maps via split-screen.
Superior Performance for Any Network
Unlike standard low-range OTDRs, the JW3302T’s 45 dB maximum dynamic range plus ultra-short event dead zones of 0.8 m and 5 m at minimum pulse width across all 18 available module configurations outperform others.
FTTH crews will use the JW3302T to certify drops through 1×64 PON splitters with two stages of splitting penetration. Thanks to the Auto OTDR feature (auto-connect, auto-test, auto-generate PDF report), the engineer will not have to wait hours for results and is able to create multi-core test batches that will certify 12/24 fiber cassettes in just minutes.
Metro technicians can certify long fiber runs up to 180 km by using the JW3302T’s high-range modules. By using the event map feature, they can quickly identify splitter locations and fusion splice losses.
