Cisco GLC-LH-SM-20 Compatible 1000BASE-LX/LH SFP transceiver module operates on single-mode fiber with a transmission distance of up to 20 kilometers, at a wavelength of 1310nm, through dual LC/UPC connectors. It adheres to the IEEE 802.3z Gigabit Ethernet standards and has a low power consumption level under 1W, allowing for stable power and heat dissipation for extended periods.
This SFP module is 100% compatible with Cisco GLC-LH-SM-20, Juniper Networks SFP-1GE-LX-20, Arista Networks SFP-1G-LX-20, Brocade E1MG-LX-20, H3C SFP-GE-LX-SM1310-20, and Mikrotik S-31DLC20D. Each transceiver has been rigorously tested on that platform to verify the interoperability of the module with the host devices, signal quality and stability, and transmission stability.
The unit has Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM) capabilities for real-time information on optical power, module temperature, and supply voltage. It complies with a commercial temperature range of 0°C to 70°C while nominally maintaining optical power output and nominal receiver sensitivity. It is invoiced as a hot-pluggable SFP MSA compliant form factor, allowing installation and replacement without the need to take the network down.
This unit is configured for ISP uplinks, enterprise core, and data center aggregation networks, and will provide quality link stability for Gigabit connections. It is also Class 1 FDA laser safety and RoHS certified. It will perform for long periods of time, with environmental safety, in 1G fiber communication links up to 20km in length.
