Cisco Compatible 10GBASE-T SFP+ Copper 100m RJ-45 Transceiver Module is designed for high-performance enterprise and data center applications needing reliable 10 Gigabit Ethernet connectivity over existing copper cabling infrastructure. The 10GBASE-T SFP+ transceiver module has a data rate of up to 10Gbps over Cat 6a/Cat 7 cabling, with a maximum distance of 100m, while retaining a practical path for upgrading from legacy networks.

The 10GBASE-T SFP+ Transceiver Module supports a compact SFP+ form factor using RJ-45 connector types, is hot-swappable, and compliant with Multi-Source Agreements (MSA), making it compatible with supported devices. Supported devices include network switches, routers, and network interface cards (NICs).

Designed for low power consumption, the Cisco Compatible 10GBASE-T SFP+ Transceiver Module requires less than or equal to 1.8 watts under normal operating conditions, saving energy costs while maintaining operation. The module also supports significant energy savings through IEEE 802.3az for Energy Efficient Ethernet, while maintaining IEC standards for Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) compliance.

This transceiver does not include Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM); however, it includes RX_LOS detection without a signal and has undergone multiple factory tests for professional reliability and compatibility. Additionally, this module operates in the commercial temperature range of 0 – 70°C, making it suitable for any environment.
