Cisco QSFP-40G-ER4 Compatible 40GBASE-ER4 QSFP+ 1310nm 40km Duplex LC/UPC SMF Optical Transceiver Module allows for a 40GbE connection of up to 40km on OS2 single-mode fiber (SMF) using duplex LC connectors operating at the 1310nm wavelength. This module supports digital diagnostics (DDM) and is compliant with the QSFP+ MSA, IEEE 802.3ba/802.3bm 40GBASE-ER4, and OTU3 standards.
This is an alternative third-party module that can be used as a direct replacement for an original manufacturer transceiver, designed to meet or exceed OEM specifications, and 100% application compatible.
