Customized Length Cisco SFP-H25G-CU1M Compatible 25G SFP28 Passive Direct Attach Copper Twinax Cable is designed for 25GbE short-reach interconnects and supports the IEEE P802.3by, SFP28 MSA (SFF-8402/SFF-8432), and SFP+ MSA SFF-8431 standards. It has SFP28 connectors on both ends and includes an EEPROM that enables automatic host recognition and digital diagnostics management.
The passive Twinax cable can be hot-plugged into a host and operates at a data rate of 25 Gb/s per channel with a single 3.3 V power supply. The maximum power consumption is 0.5 W. The cable is made of 28 AWG copper conductors, which help reduce signal attenuation and crosstalk while providing a minimum bend radius of 21.25 mm for efficient routing in racks. Each cable assembly is tested for TDR and VNA compliance in the BYXGD Signal Integrity Lab to ensure low latency and consistent impedance control for the length of the cable assembly. The Twinax cable is designed for stable, low EMI transmission within a temperature range of 0 °C to 70 °C.
This cable is compatible with all Cisco original products, including the C9300 Series, C9400 Series, Nexus 9000 Series, Nexus 3000 Series, and Catalyst 9500 R Series switches. It also works with other OEM switches, routers, and NICs used in 25 G data centres, HPC clusters, and storage networks.
