BYXGD Customized Length 200G QSFP56 InfiniBand HDR Active Optical Cable is designed for 200 Gigabit Ethernet and InfiniBand HDR connections and utilizes four separate multimode fiber optic transceivers for a total of four fiber pairs at 50Gbps, providing a total capacity of 200Gbps. Maximum transmission distance is 70m with OM3 fiber or 100m using OM4/OM5. This cable is intended for use in data centers or high-performance computing (HPC) environments. It has been tested according to IEEE 802.3, SFF-8665, SFF-8636, and QSFP56 MSA standards, thereby ensuring compatibility with other devices that conform to those standards. This cable has been specifically tested and proven to work with Mellanox MFS1S00-VxxxE switches, servers, and other systems that utilize InfiniBand connections.
This cable also has the added benefit of being hot-pluggable; therefore, it can be easily inserted or removed from its host device without powering down the system. With its multimode fiber construction, it has very low power draw and generates little electromagnetic interference. Additionally, this cable is compactly designed, allowing for greater flexibility in networking applications where space is limited and airflow and cooling must be considered. Finally, this cable supports parallel data transmission independently across each of the four fiber pairs and can provide digital diagnostic monitoring to ensure continuous reliable operation for applications requiring unparalleled levels of reliability, such as AI or other data-intensive applications.
