Cisco XFP-10GZR-OC192LR compatible module supports 10GBASE-ZR/ZW and OC-192/STM-64 LR-2 XFP 1550nm 80km. It is optimized for use in Telecom and Data Center deployments as a hot-pluggable module that supports 10G Ethernet, OC-192/STM-64 POS, and 10G Fibre Channel. It operates at line rates of 9.95–11.1 Gbps, with typical Ethernet LAN at 10.3125 Gbps and WAN/OC-192 at 9.95328 Gbps. The 1550 nm EML transmitter with APD receiver features a dual LC interface and OC-192/STM-64 LR-2 compliant with ITU-T G.652, using Tx wavelengths of 1530–1565 nm, Tx power of up to +4 dBm, and Rx sensitivity of down to −24 dBm to support 80km long-haul links.

It is ideal for 10G Ethernet backhaul, inter-PoP links, TOR/aggregation uplinks and SAN extension in Data Centers.
