Description

Cisco SFP-10G-ZR100 Compatible 10GBASE-ZR SFP+ 1550nm transceiver is designed for single-mode fiber and is rated for reach distances up to 100 km on a simplex LC/UPC connector at a wavelength of 1550 nm. It supports data rates from 9.95 Gbps to 10.31 Gbps and is compliant with 10GBASE-ZR and 10GBASE-ZW standards for Ethernet and SONET/SDH applications. This module features a cooled EML laser and high dynamic range APD receiver; the SFP+ module functions reliably over longer links while providing minimal jitter and signal loss.

The transceiver is SFP+ MSA compliant and IEEE 802.3ae, SFF-8431, SFF-8432, and SFF-8472 standards compliant, and supports Digital Diagnostics Monitoring (DDM) data reporting through a 2-wire serial interface for real-time monitoring of optical power, temperature, voltage, and bias current. It has a power consumption of under 1.8 W and is hot-pluggable to accommodate easy installation and operation in a high-density environment.

This transceiver has functional compatibility with device models such as Cisco SFP-10G-ZR100, Juniper Networks EX-SFP-10GE-ZR100, HPE SFP-10G-ZR100, H3C SFP-XG-ZR100-SM1550, HW SFP-10G-ZR100, Arista Networks SFP-10G-ZR100, and Ciena (ex.
