Compatible with the Cisco QSFP-100G-SR4-S, 100GBASE-SR4 QSFP28 850nm Optical Transceiver Module sends out 100Gbps of traffic through four full-duplex lanes (25Gb/s each) on OM3—up to 70m and on OM4—up to 100m using an 850nm VCSEL laser with a PIN receiver.
The 100GBASE-SR4 QSFP28 850nm Optical Transceiver Module has low power consumption (≤ 2.5W) and uses a 3.3V power supply. In addition, it is compliant with IEEE 802.3bm, QSFP28 MSA, SFF8636, and CAUI-4 standards. It also has Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM) for monitoring operation parameters in real time and supports breakout to 4 x 25GBASE-SR SFP28 using an MTP/MPO-12 interface.
The Cisco QSFP-100G-SR4-S compatible Optical Transceiver Module is fit for use (hot-pluggable), has an operating temperature of 0 °C to +70 °C, and is RoHS 6 compliant and lead-free; ideal for high-density data centers, campus networks, and enterprise core layer applications.
