Cisco QSFP-100G-LR4-S Compatible 100GBASE-LR4 QSFP28 1310nm 10km Duplex LC/UPC Single-Mode transceiver operates with an aggregate rate of 103.125 Gbps over 4×25.78 Gbps electrical lanes utilizing LAN WDM DFB lasers and PIN photodiodes. This module has a hot-pluggable QSFP28 form factor with duplex LC connectors and adheres to the QSFP28 MSA and IEEE 802.3ba 100GBASE-LR4 compliance for single-mode fiber optic links up to 10 kilometers in distance.
This module has digital diagnostics monitoring (DDM) through the I2C interface for real-time feedback on the temperature of the case, supply voltage, bias current, and optical power. Temperature operating case range: 0 to 70 degrees Celsius. RoHS-6 Environmental Compliance. Power consumption is less than 4 watts, providing a low-power solution for high-density network deployments.
Optical specifications and tests include optical launch power per lane (-4.3 dBm to 4.5 dBm), Optical Extinction Ratio minimum of 4 dB, and Sidelobe Suppression Ratio ≥30 dB.
