Compatible with the Cisco GLC-EX-SM1550-40, the 1000BASE-EX SFP Transceiver delivers high-level data transmission at 1.25 Gbps over single-mode fiber up to 40 km. Operating at a wavelength of 1550 nm with duplex LC/UPC connectors ensures stable optical performance with low loss. The module has a power consumption of 1 W or less and features a hot-pluggable design for flexible use and easy maintenance.

This module is IEEE 802.3ah and SFP MSA compliant, delivering Gigabit Ethernet links for ISP, enterprise LAN, and SAN networks, as well as data centers. All units are tested for compatibility and performance to ensure reliable communications regardless of the long-distance application.
